New Build
Forty Nine Degrees worked with Oregon State University and HNTB to tell the story of Beaver Football in the newly renovated and expanded Valley Football Center. The upgraded home to the football team honors past Beaver greats through physical, graphical and interactive displays. The $42 million renovation includes a publicly accessible Hall of Fame featuring Heisman Trophy Winner Terry Baker, Beavers in the NFL and the 1942 Rose Bowl Team, the only Rose Bowl Game not played in Pasadena. New player specific areas include an expansive modern locker room, hydrotherapy pools, sauna and barber shop. The creative theme centers around “Building the Dam”, represented with an angled “stick” pattern and crisp, clean graphics. The VFC sets the tone for the future of Oregon State Football by energizing current student-athletes, attracting top recruits and engaging the Beaver Football fan base.
